We will not host open gyms or pre-tryout clinics. We’ll have a virtual parent meeting to answer questions and introduce coaches on Monday, November 4. 

U12 and U14 tryouts will be on Sunday, November 10 and Tuesday, November 12. U16 tryouts will be on Sunday, November 17 and Monday, November 18. Tryout schedule is posted on our website, HERE. Please note that registration is required for tryout participation.

Players should plan to attend both tryout dates. We offer the second tryout to ensure we see all interested athletes. Teams will be finalized following the second tryout.

We’ll host teams in the U12, U14 and U16 divisions this season. Our final number of teams will depend on athlete turnout, but plan to offer two teams in each age division.

Our primary practice location is Parkrose Middle School (NE Portland) with a secondary location at St. Andrews Presbyterian Church (SW Portland).

Teams will practice 2x a week, typically on Monday/Wednesday or Tuesday/Thursday from 6:30 – 8:00pm. Practice schedules will be finalized once we know how many teams we will host. We try to eliminate participation barriers and do our best to accommodate our multi-sport athletes.  

Our teams will compete in CEVA Power League. The Power League schedule can be found HERE. We will add an additional “friendship” tournament each month, so teams will typically play two tournaments per month. We are finalizing our tournament schedule and hope to have that for families during our parent meeting. Adding a multi-day travel tournament will be at the discretion of the team and coach.   

We are pleased to have many returning coaches this season, all with club and school coaching experience, and plan to have final coaching assignments before our parent meeting.
