WHAT TO BRING TO TRYOUTS

• All players must show proof of current CEVA membership. You can purchase your membership here: https://www.cevaregion.org/membership
• All players must have a signed copy of their Medical Release Form
• If you do not have access to a printer, you can send copies of your medical release form and/or CEVA membership to us and we will add them to your registration. 
• If either of the above documents are not complete at the time of tryouts, your player will not be able to participate.
• Our tryout fee is $40 (cash, please).
• Reminder: Players may be offered a team placement during the first day of tryouts. If you choose to accept your offer, a signed commitment letter and $300 commitment fee will be due.
