Nikole is a graduate of Grant High School where she was named first team all city and played under the tutelage of mentor Brick Street. As a senior she was honored as the first girl inductee to the Sports Hall of Fame. She continued on scholarship to play at New York University and then Eckerd College in St Petersburg Florida where she majored in Literature and Human Development.
Nikole has been coaching for over thirteen years from the junior high level to the high school level; taking Oregon Episcopal junior high girls to their first state play-off and Lakeridge Freshman their first win over Lake Oswego in years. She has spent the past five years as the freshman head coach of the Pacers at Lakeridge High school and the top 13’s coach at Athena Volleyball club.
Nikole sought out PDX Volleyball Club because of their philosophy and desire to make a difference in the lives of young girls aspiring to become not only stronger athletes, but facilitators of change in their communities.
